Placeholder, awaiting real reviews

AI for your

admin,

not

your

art.

Twenty-nine tools that catalogue your work, write about it in your own voice, and show it on a real wall. It never makes the art.

“Placeholder. A real artist’s words go here, once we have them and their permission.”

Artist name, medium, city
Everything reads from one record.

Placeholder: gallery, prize and partner marks sit here once they are confirmed.

One record

every

tool you touch

Type a dimension once. The description, the certificate, the wall label and the listing all read from the same row.

Catalogue it once

Every work, where it is, how it is packed and what condition it is in. Every move is logged.

Written in your voice

A short profile teaches Kloey, your writing assistant, how you write. Statements, bios and descriptions come back sounding like you, as drafts you edit.

Your own patterns

Price per square centimetre by medium, and days to sale by subject. Medians of your own work, with the count beside every figure.

On a real wall, at true scale

Your painting placed in a measured room, with the frame built and the light read from the scene. The artwork is never altered.

What will you
hand over first?

Four groups, twenty-nine tools. Start with the profile and take the rest when you need them.

Questions artists

actually ask

The things artists ask before they trust a tool with their work.

1. 🎨 Will StudioKeeper make art for me?
No. It has no image generation of any kind, and none is planned. StudioKeeper helps you describe, record and present the work you made.
2. 🧠 Will my work be used to train AI?
No. Your images and your words are not used to train any model, by us or by anyone we work with. There is nothing to switch off.
3. 💰 Will it tell me what to price my work at?
No, and it will not pretend to know. It adds up the materials and hours you enter, and shows the median of your own past sales, with the count beside every figure.
4. 🔒 What happens to my buyer's details?
Nothing, because StudioKeeper never holds them. A sale record carries a date, a price, an invoice number, up to two initials and a city.
