Hi 👋 Four groups.
Foundation, Write, Records, and the studio.
🧰 The tools

Twenty-nine tools.

One record.

Every tool reads the same artwork record, so nothing is typed twice. Most cost nothing to run and answer instantly.

🧱 Foundation Four tools, done once

Set it up once, then forget it

These four teach Kloey, your writing assistant, who you are. Do them first and every other tool gets shorter.

•Voice & Brand Profile

One sitting, about fifteen minutes, editable forever. Every other tool reads it.

📄Import from documents

Arrive with a CV or an old bio. Kloey offers each exhibition, award and credit as a row you accept one at a time.

✅Check a draft

Paste any text and Kloey reads it against the standards it holds itself to. It points at lines. It never gives you a score.

📚My library

Every saved draft and brief, on your own computer, exportable and deletable in one click.

✍️ Write Twelve drafts, your voice

Twelve ways to say it properly

Each one starts from your profile and your record, and each hands back a draft for you to edit.

💬Artist statement

Three lengths in one run, first person, about the work rather than your record. A gallery submission reads differently from a grant.

🪪Artist bio

Third person, from your verified record. A thin record makes a short bio, and that is correct.

🔍Artwork description

For a buyer deciding. Facts first and exact, with a scale cue and one line about what a photograph cannot show.

🏷️Artwork title

Reads the titles you already use, finds your naming convention and writes inside it. It will not reuse a title from your own catalogue.

📋Artist CV

Your record laid out the way a submission expects. Pure formatting. Nothing written, nothing padded.

📱Social media bios

Nine platforms, each cut to its own limit, all from the one profile.

#️⃣Hashtags

Three to five tags, each with the reason it earns its place. Qualified reach over raw reach, and no filler.

🗓️Social planner

Asks how much time you will truly give this, then builds to that, not to an aspiration. A missed month means a smaller plan.

📣Social posts

One job per post, one variant per platform. The first line is built from what a thumbnail cannot show.

🎬Video kit

Everything around the video except the footage: concepts from your studio as it is, three hooks, a shot list, on-screen text and captions.

✉️Emails

Thank you after a sale, follow ups, a welcome series, and the three ways to answer a discount request. Sent from your own email.

📰Press release

Institutional third person, so an editor can lift a paragraph straight into a listing. Your voice appears in the quote and nowhere else.

🗂️ Records Twelve tools, every document

The paperwork, kept straight

Where every work is, what it cost you, what it sold for, and the documents that travel with it.

🗂️Inventory

Every work, where it is, how it is packed, what condition it is in. Every move is logged, and search and sort arrive as the catalogue grows.

📊Import a catalogue

Bring your spreadsheet from Artwork Archive, Artlogic or anywhere else. StudioKeeper guesses the columns and saves nothing until you say so.

🧾Certificate of Authenticity

From the record, with fixed wording. It is issued by you and never claims anyone authenticated the work.

🏆Submissions

Prizes, open calls, grants and residencies, with deadlines counting down. An acceptance becomes a CV line in one click.

🤝Consignment or loan note

A plain English draft for review before a work leaves your studio.

✍️Commission agreement

The same, including the copyright clause that catches most artists out on a private portrait.

🔎SEO pack

The six things a listing needs to be found, written so that each one is true.

🖼️Image check

Reads the file, never the picture. Pixels, shape, size and colour profile, all on your own machine.

🔦Listing audit

What a listing is missing, in the order it costs a sale. No score.

🧮Costing

Your materials at your prices, your hours at your rate. Then the arithmetic at any price you try: what a gallery keeps, what you clear, what an hour earned.

📈Patterns

What your own records show. Price per square centimetre by medium, days to sale by subject, medians of your own work with the count beside every figure.

🖨️Print pack

Wall labels, price list, artist card, packing slip and an insurance schedule.

🖼️ The twenty-ninth The flagship tool

Show them the wall, not the file

A photograph of your painting tells a buyer almost nothing about living with it. A calibrated room tells them everything: true scale, a frame that is built rather than stuck on, and light read from the scene itself.

💬 Questions

Questions about the tools.

1. 🧰 Do I have to use all twenty-nine?
No. Most artists start with the profile and two or three tools. The rest sit there until the day you need them.
2. ⚡ What does each tool cost to run?
Most cost nothing. They are fixed rules reading your own record, so they answer instantly. Only the tools that actually write prose call a model.
3. 🗣️ Does Kloey write in my voice or its own?
Yours, learned from the profile you fill in once. Every draft comes back for you to edit.
4. 💾 Where is my work stored?
Your records stay on your own machine unless you choose to sync them. Image check reads the file on your computer and never uploads the picture.
5. 🔒 Do you keep my buyers' details?
No. StudioKeeper never records a buyer's name, email, phone or street address.
